Job Description
Summary:

Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers with accurate quoting and keying of orders and solving related issues and requests in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility - answering phones
  • Provide interface with customers via phone, e-mail and/or fax communication
  • Input quotes and orders into business application software
  • Verify product costs and availability from vendors
  • Problem solving, order status check
  • Answering calls
  • Communicate with outsides Sales Representatives when necessary
  • An awareness of internal customers regarding processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must be friendly, courteous, and exhibit a positive attitude.
  • Fluent with use of PC's and software
  • Possess an aptitude for understanding door schedules and related drawings.
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Credentials and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of millwork and/or industry experience.
