Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Full Time
Summary:
Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers with accurate quoting and keying of orders and solving related issues and requests in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility - answering phones
- Provide interface with customers via phone, e-mail and/or fax communication
- Input quotes and orders into business application software
- Verify product costs and availability from vendors
- Problem solving, order status check
- Answering calls
- Communicate with outsides Sales Representatives when necessary
- An awareness of internal customers regarding processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be friendly, courteous, and exhibit a positive attitude.
- Fluent with use of PC’s and software
- Possess an aptitude for understanding door schedules and related drawings.
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
Credentials and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of millwork and/or industry experience.
