Position Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing multiple client relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization, managing multiple client deliverables, and successfully executing projects. The applicant should be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment. The applicant should also have excellent problem-solving skills, critical-thinking, conflict resolution, and be adept at distilling issues and providing real-time guidance to team members.
What You'll Do:
Manage and maintain client relationships through focused attention to detail, team leadership, concise communications, and a sense of urgency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, meet client and management expectations, and oversee successful execution of projects from sale to post-launch
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of client's business and ability to engage clients to ensure delivery of MNG Health's product offerings
Partner with Business Development to maximize revenue generating opportunities and growth within existing client accounts
Ensure there is a seamless handoff for new opportunities from the sales team to the project execution team and relay client requests to the internal team in a timely manner and with defined next steps/deliverables
Schedule and conduct kick-off meetings for each project, and provide ongoing updates to client and internal team to ensure successful management and completion
Serve as the first point of escalation for client and project issues and questions
Creation of agendas, timelines, and post-meeting notes for all client meetings
Coordinate with clients on program launches and reporting
Possess strong presentation and communication skills, a commercial mentality, and ability to work with pharmaceutical clients to keep them actively engaged in all contracted programs
QC and approval of all pieces prior to client delivery and submission into MLR systems; tactic quality
Overall ownership of client program success and execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum five years of account management experience required, within the healthcare or medical education environment
Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
Highly professional, ability to work independently, and ability to build rapport while providing superior service and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors/contacts
Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to provide creative solutions independently or within a team dynamic as issues arise
Excellent verbal communication, writing, and grammar skills
Ability to work extended hours to meet clients' business needs, if needed
Experience with Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) preferred
