POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position is responsible for interfacing with Parts Distribution customers selling our entire Aftermarket portfolio. Parts Distributors are the primary path through which our service network receives genuine parts to serve our consumers. Be the main Interface for assigned accounts driving profitable, sustained growth. Work with Finance, Product Line, and internal EMA teams to develop selling strategies to drive incremental business for respective product line(s) while maintaining target profitability levels and volume.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Account Lead for parts, consumables and accessories
* Manage/Execute pricing strategy for product line-ups that maintain Electrolux profit contribution.
* Collaborate with product line and marketing for OEM parts.
* Act as consultant both internally and externally for ecommerce repair parts sales.
* Analyze POS data for price elasticity.
* Develop strategic product line-ups to ensure consumers can receive repair parts quickly.
* Evaluate Return On Investment for all promotional activity
* Track performance for assigned customers to meet Electrolux financial/volume objectives and required performance levels
* Lead and prepare with Electrolux cross functional groups any Product Line Reviews associated with your assigned customers
* Work collaboratively with internal/external teams on product development where applicable.
* Develop presentations both internal and customer focused that communicate our ideas and strategy in a clear and persuasive manner.
* Monitor quality level for product categories and monitor improvement plans with manufacturing facility.
* Ensure data integrity is maintained on items including, but not limited to, pricing, Variable Spend Incentives, Cost To Fixed, and item set-up.
* Proactively communicate new parts to customers
* Responsible for all forecasting of assigned product line(s) including volume and promotional spend.
* Maintain and communicate all pertinent industry analysis data.
* Creation and updating of additional sales reporting for assigned customers
* 25-30% travel
* Perform additional duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years in sales, sales operations, marketing, merchandising or another relevant field
* Proven analytical skills
* History of strong customer rapport

* Ability to Collaborate, work & communicate within a High Performing Team environment
* Knowledge of major appliances, repair service, and / or parts distribution
