Major Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Execution and Communicate the agency's vision, mission, growth and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in Identifying market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform strategic planning.
  • Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive business results.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between project objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop overarching project management strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.

Team Management:

  • Build and nurture a high-performing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented project managers who possess the skills and expertise required for successful project delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and address any concerns or challenges.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue strategic partnerships to drive agency growth.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new clients.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to maximize client retention and foster long-term partnerships.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure profitability by managing project budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses.
  • Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize financial performance and drive sustainable growth.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure that each project is adequately staffed and resourced.
  • Monitor team capacity and workload to prevent burnout and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate resource allocation and prioritize projects based on client needs and agency capacity.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration

Certificate(s):

  • Certifications in related areas are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment with deep Senior living marketing experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage financial performance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for performance tracking and measurement

  • Customer Success - As a customer advocate build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our platform. Promote increased adoption and expansion of our solutions within customer organizations.
  • Continuous Improvement - Advocate for and implement a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Account Strategy - Define and execute strategies to drive customer retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell, contributing directly to our growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments to align on company goals, relay customer feedback, and ensure a unified customer experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
