Lead EngineerJob Description Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join a high performing team supporting a brand-new, world-class property in the Seaport of Boston. The Lead Engineer will lead a team of skilled trades professionals in the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance program as well as the installation and inspection of all Base Building related MEP equipment and systems. Additionally, the Lead oversees site level supervisory responsibilities of overseeing daily work direction, regular communication with client, ensuring monthly training compliance and communicating personnel issues of subordinates with Chief Engineer. In addition to the daily operation of the site, this position will be involved in the on-going construction, startup, and commissioning of an adjacent tower in early 2024.Job Description
