All about the role:

As an HRIS Manager, you're pivotal in marrying technology with operational efficiency.

You excel as both an advanced developer and a functional analyst, ensuring systems function seamlessly within the organizational architecture.

Your expertise extends to leading projects, managing Key User Groups, and offering innovative solutions.

Central to your role is your function as a collaborative resource for colleagues. You serve as a knowledge repository, sharing insights and expertise to support the professional growth of your peers.

Through fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, you contribute significantly to the collective success of the team.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee IT systems that support the HR function.

  • Improve company efficiency and performance through process improvements and automation.

  • Ensure that HRIT projects are aligned with IT standards and strategy.

  • Develop relationships with business partners to gather input for the direction of strategic and tactical planning, business processes, application development, evaluation, and coordination of resources that support enterprise HR information systems.

  • Ability to customize and implement systems changes based on organizational initiatives and priorities.

  • Project management skills with the ability to divide large projects into concrete parts with intermediate deadlines.

  • Serve as department business process liaison to IT, Payroll, Rewards, Finance

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and implement HR processes and procedures that leverage technical capabilities for the collection, maintenance and reporting of data.

  • Oversee the design and development of systems used for managing data.

  • Audit data to ensure compliance and maintain data integrity of internal system.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of IT and HR Systems experience.

  • Solid experience with UKG Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is preferred.

  • Project management experience is preferred.

This position will be based at our corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
