Summary of Position
The Project Manager (PM) will support the Center for Learning Health System Sciences (CLHSS), primarily the Rapid Prospective Evaluation (RapidEval) program.
The project manager for RapidEval will be responsible for the management of associated research projects and program initiatives and will interface and coordinate work with IT, clinical, and academic stakeholders. The PM will report to the Research Operations Director and work closely with the program leadership team and staff from project intake, to set priorities for portfolio management, establish work plans, assess risk and build contingency plans, and resolve issues.
This position receives minimal guidance and requires the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have strong technical, organization, project management, and communication (written and oral) skills to guide two multi-disciplinary teams and ensure deliverables are timely and meet requirements. This position also requires a high tolerance for ambiguity to research and develop solutions to undefined research topics. Work Arrangements
This position follows UMN Work. With Flexibility. guidelines. Currently, the position will be primarily working from home. There may be occasional needs to be on campus and over time there may be a need to set a regular schedule for a few days on campus each week. Work hours should follow a regular schedule between 7-5, M-F.
Salary range: $70-78K
