A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Oversee numerous customers and collaborate within a team setting to resolve IT related issues.
• Develop and provide system and software training to end-users.
• Coordinate day to day ticketing system and work with IT staff to provide end user solutions.
• Assist when required with user on-boarding and off-boarding process including account provisioning setup and device configuration.
• Maintain end user documentation, knowledge base and recurring communication to end user community.
• Utilize IT ticketing system to schedule & track requests and tickets.
• Follow industry and technology trends, keeps current on new hardware and software that may benefit the company.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Pursuing a two-to-four-year post-secondary degree in Information Technology or related field

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Previous experience using a ticketing system preferred.
• Passion for technology and desire to help user of technology
• Knowledge and experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and TCP/IP networks and equipment.
• Understanding of software management tools.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills, with ability to convey technical directions in a way end user can understand and perform.
• Knowledge of mobile device management for mobile devices
• Must have the ability to keep information confidential.
