About the Unit/Department/Team

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. We pledge to treat every person with the respect and dignity they deserve, and to focus on improving our residents' quality of life, by delivering the highest quality of care.

Mission for Position

The Tenant Enrichment Specialist provides activities, housekeeping and nutrition services support at our Assisted Living facilities to ensure each resident receives high quality, personalized care.

Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary

Meaningful Activities:

  • Participate in monthly tenant council meetings
  • Assist with completion of monthly activity calendar
  • Daily posting of activities and communication of these events with tenants
  • Facilitate resident activities (daily exercise, Bingo, baking, crafts, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating external entertainment (church groups, special music, etc.)
  • Community outings (bus rides, golf cart rides, Trishaw, Arts in the Park, etc.)

Housekeeping:

  • Cleaning of tenant apartments according to tenant-specific plan of care
  • Routine cleaning of commons areas of facility

Nutrition Services:

  • Set up for lunch and dinner meal time and assist with tenant meal service.
  • Clean up after lunch and dinner meals, including clearing and washing tables and washing dishes
  • Set up afternoon snack
  • Assist with planning of special meals/social snacks

Position Type

Full-time, 64-80 hours per pay period, with a rotation of every third weekend.

  • High School Graduate
  • Prefer previous experience
