  • Make an impact providing new hire, technical and other training to some 300 (and growing) associates on all three shifts. You'll also have some input on curriculum development.

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Training Coordinator opportunity, you will have:
  • 2+ years experience in training and development, including production environments.
  • Optical/optometry experience is strongly preferred.
  • The ability to perform data entry accurately.
  • A high school diploma; an associate's degree is strongly preferred.
  • An outgoing personality and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
