SUMMARY
The HL Investor Reporting Specialist II, performs servicing duties as they relate to the accurate accounting, settlement, administration, and maintenance of investor related transactions.
This position is responsible for timely and accurate management of Investor Reporting, Cash Management and Custodial Account Reconciliations.
In addition, serves as the system coordinator for investor reporting systems with respect to FHLMC, FNMA, and other secondary private investor guidelines as appropriate.
This includes monitoring investor announcements on reporting and remittance to comply with investor guidelines.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six month to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
Instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
