Overview

The UI/UX Designer produces and owns UI wireframes and application workflows, which are used by developers to implement the desired functionality in our web application. They will also create and test prototypes with colleagues and end users.

The UI/UX Designer works closely with many people to gather requirements, including developers, customers, and colleagues in sales/marketing and management.

Responsibilities
    1+ years of experience with Figma (knowledge of other UI/UX design tools would be an asset)
  • 2+ years of experience working on user-centered design for a web-based application
  • Ability to conduct user research, gather requirements, and document user stories and complex workflows
  • Aptitude for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows
  • Experience developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce documentation that is clear and well-organized
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an asset
