QUALIFICATIONS: Required * Minimum 5 years successful teaching experience with a current MN teaching license * Knowledge of state standards * Demonstrated excellence in teaching
Preferred * Master's Degree in K-12 Reading * Knowledge of high yield instructional strategies * Experience with utilizing EduClimber data management system Reading specialist license
POSITION SUMMARY: The interventionist will work in partnership with teachers, building leadership, and the Secondary Education Department to support student learning in reading. The interventionist will collaborate with building MTSS teams, Grade Level Academic Leads and grade level teachers to provide intervention opportunities in reading. They will support data analysis to identify students who need additional support and progress monitor students utilizing the EduClimber data management system.
