The Government HighQ team at Thomson Reuters is looking for an experienced, proactive, technology-forward legal professional to join our growing team as a Client Executive. Your primary accountability is to renew and grow the HighQ business within a portfolio of assigned accounts. About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Client Executive, you will:

  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and implementation teams as all work to deliver the solution to the customer.
  • As sites are delivered, serve as the lead point of contact for account management matters, including providing customized end user training. Be able to explain how manual legal workflows now translate to HighQ and articulate the benefits of that change.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; identify key stakeholders, advocates and influencers within an organization. Memorialize through relationship mapping and strategize accordingly.
  • Be the primary contact for customers, including responding in a timely manner and working with urgency to solve problems.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers and communicate opportunities, strengths, weakness and risk. Provide solutions for immediate next steps. This includes working with the sales team when identifying sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular product updates as they are released, and stay proactive in communicating relevant insights.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with the goal of creating advocates and references for HighQ.
  • Present professionally both in person and virtually.
  • Become a HighQ expert so that you can use the platform to make your own workflows more efficient, collaborate with the team, and create reports and dashboards for your assigned territory.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Client Executive if you have:

  • J.D. Preferred. Legal experience as an attorney or paralegal, legal engineer, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience driving adoption of collaboration, transaction management, project management andcontent management solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a real passion for technology and product innovation.
  • Desire to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team of creative and innovative people that are passionate about what they do.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $156,000 - $289,600. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $141,800 - $263,300. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
