Overview

We are looking for a Buyer to execute purchasing activities for one of Vomela's primary production facilities.

Responsibilities/Relationships

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Generates purchase orders using the ERP systems
• Responds daily to ERP message notifications to ensure continuity of part supply
• Reacts to shortages, delays, and production schedules, and adjusts purchase orders accordingly
• Communicate daily with key stakeholders on facility supply chain status
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to improve Cost, Quality and Delivery
• Administers and manages supplier contracts to ensure compliance externally and internally
• Assuring compliance to supplier agreements
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
• ERP system experience
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US
