The provides expert clinical care for immunocompetent and immunocompromised children with a broad range of infectious diseases. Faculty in the not only treat children - they also advance the health of children worldwide by leading groundbreaking research into the pathogenesis, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases. The division has a long-standing, highly collaborative relationship with the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Internal Medicine and with the Minnesota Department of Health.
