This role is critical to positioning WeWork's digital products for success today and into the future.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals, features, and enhancements

  • Perform competitive analyses, monitor industry trends, and understand customer preference & competitive products to identify growth opportunities and understand gaps between WeWork products and alternative solutions

  • Perform market research including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to understand opportunity sizing as an input to prioritization

  • Analyze feedback from end users, salespeople, customer success managers, support, community, and other functional areas to understand unmet customer needs

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define product positioning, target audience, and critical messages; ensure the product's value proposition is communicated to customers through various marketing channels.

  • Write business requirements documents detailing the "why", specifically the market analysis, commercial opportunities and required product capabilities

  • Skilled at building consensus and brokering between stakeholders with different agendas. Capable of rallying people behind a common vision for the future

  • Understand product capabilities, performance, and usership such that you can represent WeWork digital products with internal and external stakeholders

  • Own product performance by setting proper success metrics (such as user engagement, conversion rates, NPS, etc) and tracking them to maintain accountability and inform the future product roadmap

Requirements:

  • 6+ years product management experience, several of which should include full ownership of a product roadmap, strategy and vision

  • You lead with data and research, not assumptions

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
