$500 Sign-On Bonus

Starting wage of $17/hour with a pay increase after 90 days to $17.50

Overnight Shift Differential - $1.10/hour

Full Time Employees receive 4 weeks of PTO in the first year of employment

Paid Holidays if you work the holiday and 64 paid Floating Holiday hours to use if you choose not to work

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide awake supervision of clients on the overnights shift 10:30pm-7am monitoring behavior according to established trauma-informed, strengths-based guidelines and procedures
  • Participate with coworkers as a team on implementation of trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans
  • Remain cognizant of each client's needs and interventions, privileges, restrictions, and trauma triggers, adapt interactions accordingly
  • Comply with all documentation and standards
  • Ensure compliance with all emotional and physical safety policies and procedures
  • Report to supervisor, team members, and families any signs and symptoms potentially requiring intervention or referral
  • Perform restraints and seclusion activities as necessary to keep clients safe from self and others
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries in all interaction and contact with clients and their families
  • Comply with Nexus policies involving privacy and confidentiality
  • Participate in the transportation of client for home visits, doctor appointments, planned recreational activities
  • Working Hours 10:30pm-7am this position requires being awake thru duration of shift


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements.
