Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production.

• Setups, adjustments and cleanups.

• Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Read and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.

• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.

Your Shift:

• 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances

• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.

• High degree of mechanical ability

• Good reading ability.

We Would Also Prefer:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must have ability to work with very close tolerances

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members

• High degree of analytical skills

• Good color discernment
