Job Description

Regions Hospital is looking for an exceptional, patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and make a difference for our patients and our community. This Advanced Practice Provider will support clinic visits for our HealthPartners Well@Work Regions onsite clinic.

Well@Work is an employer-based clinic supporting the healthcare needs of the employees of Regions Hospital. This position is responsible for providing general medical care and treatment including support of work-related injuries. Responsibilities include obtaining health history, examining patients, ordering appropriate lab and X-ray exams, communicating with patients regarding treatment and follow up, and interacting professionally with other staff. Care provided emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, diagnosis and evidence-based management of acute and chronic diseases and work-related employee injuries.

Work Schedule:

  • M/W/F 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., T/Th 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Required Qualifications:

For Physician Assistants:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • One year of experience as a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Current Minnesota license as a Physician Assistant.
  • Current APP certification as Physician Assistant.
  • Approved by Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for prescription writing privileges.
  • Current BLS.
  • Current with CME requirements (must be maintained throughout employment).

For Nurse Practitioners:

  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
  • One year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Current Minnesota license as an APRN with a current Minnesota RN license.
  • Current APRN Specialty Certification.
  • Current BLS.
  • Current with CME requirements (must be maintained throughout employment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Occupational Medicine experience.

Additional Information:

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position, working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $104,208-$161,532.80 annually, based on experience and internal equity. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
