HOPE 4 Youth is a nonprofit organization firmly rooted in the goal of ending youth homelessness. Our mission is to provide pathways to end youth homelessness. Our vision is to ensure all youth feel safe, valued, and supported while reaching their full potential. This begins with meeting their basic needs and leads to giving them the tools to thrive. HOPE 4 Youth provides a safe place for youth to access basic needs support, educational and employment programs and opportunities, and transitional housing options. We believe in the power of a youth's potential and work with the community to improve the challenges unhoused youth face.

Wages & Benefits
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour; PTO accrues for all hours worked; paid holidays for the year plus 2 floating holidays; affordable health, dental, and vision insurance; employer paid term life and disability coverage; retirement plan with immediate vesting and matching contribution.
A Typical Day in the Life...
A typical day as HOPE 4 Youth's Youth Services Coordinator provides an opportunity to support and assist youth experiencing homelessness by providing access and referrals for basic needs, supplies, and community resources, and supporting them on their path towards independence and self-sufficiency.
