Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join the team at Corporate Graphics Commercial! You will be responsible for operating equipment that produces hardcover books.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Wednesday, 5:00pm - 5:00am
  • Work 36 Hours, Paid for 40!
  • Overtime opportunities available!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Properly set up the3 knife equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
  • Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system
  • Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor

You Must Have:

  • Beginner mechanical skills to properly setup and and operate 3 knife equipment.
  • Ability to pick out fine details and monitor jobs for quality
  • Willingness to follow instructions and guidelines, either written or verbal

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Prior equipment operator experience or experience in a production environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
