This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - 67,455.14

Therapist - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

Provide individual, family, group therapy and clinical case management services to students enrolled in North St. Paul Schools. Provide leadership and coordination of milieu therapies and daily activities of the New Adolescent Day Treatment Center in North St. Paul. Collaborates with academic staff to create an environment that foster healing and learning.

North Saint Paul, MN

Schedule

Monday through Friday daytime, occasional early evening for family therapy

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a master's degree or higher in social work or marriage and family therapy
• Possess a current and valid Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LICSW, LMFT, or LP)
• Eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
• Three (3) or more years' experience in residential and/or day treatment settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Experience in residential or day treatment setting.
• Experience in recreation, vocational, or expressive therapies.
