We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, People Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making by our HR team and business leaders. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing people data, providing insights, and making recommendations to optimize HR strategies, policies, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, proficiency in data analysis tools, and prior experience working with people and financial data. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the establishment and growth of a centralized People Analytics team, serving as a subject matter expert on best practices, methodologies, tools, data governance, metric definitions, data storage, and the creation of the People Analytics roadmap.
  • Lead the aggregation, management, audit, creation, and delivery of People Analytics reports on a defined frequency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to key HR metrics.
  • Produce data visualizations to illustrate findings and convert data into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track and communicate HR KPIs and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, and department heads to understand business needs and requirements for People analytics projects.
  • Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast workforce trends and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from HR leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in People analytics and data science and recommend innovative approaches to enhance People analytics capabilities.
  • Mentor and coach junior analyst, providing guidance on analytical methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment required or 3 years of experience combined with a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, or similar required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location A: $103,000- $141,000
Location B: $114,000- $155,000
Location C: $124,000 - $169,000
