Position Summary

Generate revenue through the promotion of The Imagine Group and its subsidiaries. Sell the company's medical device packaging products and services by developing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell company's capabilities to new and established customers.
  • Act as Account Executive and main contact with customers.
  • Accountable for maintaining and expanding annual profitable sales to new and existing customers.
  • Identify needs and requirements of potential opportunities with customers. Educate himself/herself in all phases of the customer's business.
  • Maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide complete and detailed information on all Request for Estimates and Request for Production forms.
  • Inform Project Managers of customer issues, changes or new information that directly affects work in progress.
  • Assist the customer in planning jobs by offering creative ideas on design and / or layout to ensure job is technically possible.
  • Advise customer of prices for alterations or changes to specifications during production, obtain approval or purchase order to authorize production to proceed or continue.
  • Obtain and communicate accurate customer deadline dates and advises production of any potential delays or deadline delays.
  • Develop additional contacts at each account to ensure continuity and/or sales growth. Actively pursue new or additional customers and continually cultivate existing customer base.
  • Maintain customer and prospective customer information files for company's customer database.
  • Work closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and VP of Sales.
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings and participate in training when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Need language about use of internal technology and tools. (CRM Etc.)
  • Provide client forecasts with annual and quarterly updates
  • Ensure customer profitability by maintaining and/or improving customer margin
  • Need language requiring personal continuous improvement/learning

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will not supervise others.

Mandatory Qualifications of Position

  • 2-4 years of experience selling medical device packaging
  • Experience with packaging, IFU's and labeling in the Medical Device Industry
  • Knowledge of quality process, eCertifications, and corrective processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • Current driver's license

Preferred Qualifications of Position

  • 5+ years of packaging sales experience in the medical device industry

The national pay range for this role is $75,000- $100,000/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
