We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Commercial Roofing Service Technician at Schwickert's Tecta America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician, you will play a vital role in finding leaks, doing roof repairs, completing field inspections, developing a scope of work with a budget, organizing a materials list, and seeing a project from start to finish.
The applicant must be competent in a variety of roofing systems, including single ply, modified, and built-up asphalt. Experience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, masonry, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpful.
