Working from our Eagan, MN office, we are currently in search of a Order Confirmation Specialist with experience in reviewing incoming documents daily for accuracy to confirm with patient or facility accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assigning their work from a pot of documents, whether delivery or pickup orders.
• Ensure accuracy by pulling up the correct accounts and inputting the appropriate information.
• Confirmation of orders for completion to ensure that the revenue gets billed timely.
• Can be called on to work on special projects/reports from their manager/supervisor with proper training.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and groups, co-workers, management personnel, and others
