What Is a Quick Coupling?
Parker's Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our Grantsburg plant provides critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Fire & Rescue teams.
Located just an hour outside of the Twin Cities, our manufacturing facility in Grantsburg, WI is looking for and HR Leader to join our team . This role will be responsible for maintaining and fostering a culture of belonging, and purpose. We're seeking a proactive, analytical individual with an upbeat positive attitude who has a proven ability to lead and mentor a team to success. This position plans, directs and coordinates all activities supporting employee relations, recruiting, retention, talent development, performance management, and administration of benefits.
Position is located on-site in our Grantsburg, WI location, and reports to the Division Human Resource Manager.
