Advertisement: St. Catherine University invites applications for an Adjunct Lecturer(s) to teach in the Nutrition and Dietetics department beginning of Fall 2024 semester. Service as an adjunct does not count toward promotion and tenure.
Responsibilities include:
Contribute to the design of, and teach, evaluate and revise course content and learning experiences to promote student learning.
Work collaboratively with other faculty.
Conduct end of semester evaluation of course content and delivery.
Provide excellence in teaching and advising with a diverse student population.
Develop and demonstrate learner-centered strategies.
Adhere to the defined grading procedures and standards in accordance with the grading policies of the University.
Establish positive relationships with students to promote their success.
Model professional attitudes and behaviors.
Provide prompt, quality feedback and advising to students.
Refer students to support services as appropriate.
Establish office hours to accommodate student needs.

Master's Degree in related field

Three years of relevant experiences
