Work Schedule:

80% FTE, day shift. No weekends, no holidays. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered. You will work primarily at the UW Health Arbor Gate Clinic in Madison, WI, with cross coverage at 1 S. Park and UW Health Junction Road Medical Center both located in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:

  • Work collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team in a dynamic clinic setting that offers top notch vein care with state-of-art therapies and access to multiple treatment modalities.
  • Provide day to day support for vascular surgeons. Complete nursing skills such as wound care, patient education, phone triage and participate in clinic-based procedures including (EVLT) and sclerotherapy.
  • Deliver quality care in a compassionate family- and patient- centered environment.
  • Work closely with the vascular surgeons in this space to care for cosmetic patients as well as functional/medically necessitated vein treatments.
  • Work primarily at Arbor Gate clinic with free parking, located conveniently near the beltline!

Education:

Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience:

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred - Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification
