Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for the design, successful implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Lean Ways of Working. Through close internal and external partnerships, this role will develop and cultivate Continuous Improvement strategies that enhance operational and service delivery excellence.


Core Responsibilities:
* Safety is our Priority. Follow Safe Work Practices that conforms with the Company's Safety Program and
client worksite policies ensuring that every person on the team Stays Accident Free Everyday.
* Provides leadership and direction to the Program's Quality Management Team and partners with them in the
development and enhancement of their individual skills.
* Develops and implements actionable strategies and tactics that drive behavioral transformation supporting the
Lean Operating Model and Ways of Working.
* Identifies and benchmarks KPIs and collectable driving metrics that quantitatively measure QMS performance
from bottom to top.
* Design and deploy scalable and repeatable "Correct First Pass" installation and pre-delivery checklists that
conform to the Program QMS, customers' requirements and recognized industry standards and best
practices.
* Participates in opportunity acquisition and follow-on planning ensuring that any specific customer quality
requirements are identified and accounted for, and the Program's QMS is integrated into the end-to-end
service delivery work stream.
* Train and develop Teams in Root Cause Analysis and Structured Problem-Solving methods that effectively
identifies current and desired end states, containment approaches and countermeasures.
* Develop, drive, and maintain a standard practice for collecting, documenting, and logging Lessons Learned
that supports trend analysis and Continuous Improvement opportunities.
* Creates and provides interactive and hands-on training to the Quality and Delivery Management Teams.
* Coordinates, facilitates, and supports cost and schedule audits as necessary or required.
* Serve as the Program's representative and customer key point of contact for Quality Assurance / Quality
Control related items and needs.
* Facilitate and support a culture of transparency and communications to ensure the free flow of issues,
lessons learned, the transfer of knowledge, impactful innovations and new best practices.

Skills and Abilities:
* To be successful in this position, qualified candidates must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring,
coaching, and team building qualities.
* Possess a high degree of agility to manage conflicting priorities and change.
* Detailed orientated with ability to make data driven, analytical decisions.
* Exceptionally proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to perform under minimal direct guidance and achieve objectives with a significant degree of
independence.
* Demonstrated ability to Team Build and resolve conflict.
* Disciplined, motivated and possesses the entrepreneurial spirit.
* Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.


Education, Experience and Preferred Certifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field with post graduate degree preferred.
* 7+ years of proven and demonstrated experience leading Quality Management, Continuous Improvement
and Lean initiatives.
* Data Center construction or critical infrastructure installation experience highly preferred.
* Preferred professional certifications:
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT)
- Six Sigma
- BICSI RCDD


Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct reports
Work Location and Travel:
Remote or Hybrid with up to 20% travel
