Nexus-Kindred Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director of our Foster Care and Adoption Services!

This leadership role is based in the beautiful Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area! We offer a mix of work from home (60%), office in Plymouth, MN (20%), and travel to southern Minnesota region (20%) at times. This role supports the metro and southern Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day division operations for assigned region and provide direction and supervision to assigned staff.
  • Provide management oversight of assigned region's operations.
  • Provide 1:1 supervision and case monitoring to assigned social workers and other direct service workers to ensure that the practices with families and youth are of high quality and in accordance with CQI and COA standards, state Human Service Department requirements and state Social Work Board standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement plans and processes for the region, including quality assurance reviews, data collection, and analysis of reports to ensure compliance with CQI standards, contracts, state laws, DHS and COA.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director in developing and managing regional financial plans to ensure the financial stability of the region by meeting or exceeding budgeted revenue goals.
  • Participate in and support the ongoing selection, evaluation and professional development of staff and lead staff meetings.
  • Market and promote Nexus-Kindred within the professional community
  • Ensure confidentiality of all treatment and services information pertaining to youth and their foster, adoptive and biological families.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Human/Social Services, Psychology or clinically related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in related Human Services community based case work, working with youth and families.
  • Requires the eligibility for the following license obtained in the state of Minnesota: LICSW, LISW, LPCC, LMFT. Willing to consider candidates with an LGSW with 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards.
