Fully run, operate canteen and provide daily meal options for employees.

Responsibilities:
* Daily meal planning
* Assistance in planning and accommodating meals for large group gatherings.
* Preparing and cooking meals
* Ordering all food, beverages, utensils, canteen supplies, etc.
* Buying local produce and other fresh foods
* Organizing and submitting till receipts
* Acting as cashier when needed
* Maintaining kitchen equipment
* Creating and maintaining a food-safe environment
* Supervising and training a staff of 10 seasonal employees
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
* Good communication skills
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Ability to obtain Food Service Manager and/or ServSafe certifications if needed.
* Experience in the food industry is helpful but not required.
