About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Financial Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud ERP Business Systems Analyst . This role will be part of a team that currently supports Oracle EBS R12 Financials with a Cloud ERP (Fusion) and Cloud EPM migration project expected to start late in 2024.

This role will be responsible for analysis of business systems & processes, detailed requirements definition and systems design consultation for Toppan Merrill's Financial Systems. This role will help support all areas of Toppan Merrill's financial systems but areas of focus will include Projects, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Tax.

What You'll Do:

• Apply your advanced knowledge in the support and enhancement of Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP to deliver solutions that help drive business simplification and automation.
• Enhance and support Oracle ERP Instance application modules, interfaces, and other related applications within the Financials domain
• Consult with business partners to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set up as well as production support
• Coordinate user change-request projects and drive them to on-time completion
• Prepares detailed documentation from which program specifications will be written
• Leads and participates in current state assessment, evaluates improvement opportunities, and formulates future state approach
• Devises or modifies systems processes and/or procedures to solve highly complex business problems
• Defines business process and systems requirements
• Responsible for leading the analysis for all types of application projects
• Provides direction on design solutions and functionality decisions
• Aids in the development of user interfaces
• Has a thorough understanding of business or function for which the application is designed

About You:

• Solid understanding of how the different Oracle Financials modules work together
• Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
• Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field or related experience
• 3-5 years supporting Oracle E*Business Suite or Cloud ERP (Fusion) financials
• Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) Financials experience is a plus but not required

• Proficient with Oracle SQL/PLSQL

• Experience with project multitasking and ability to lead others through high pressure situations
