Job Description

Augsburg University seeks a beginning Spanish language instructor for Fall 2023, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 1:50pm-3:00pm (Thursdays until 3:30). Possibility of continuation into Spring 2024. Moodle is the course management platform and the textbook used is Panorama (VHL), however the instructor will have autonomy in designing and running the course, including the syllabus. Position includes Augsburg library access, IT support, and office space. No obligations other than teaching and office hours.

The semester runs from August 30, 2023 until December 14, 2023.

Qualifications

Qualifications: MA in relevant field plus some experience teaching Spanish, preferably at the college level.
