Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Technical Project Manager on our Research, Development and Innovation team to chart the course for our future product launches.  Want to join our team?
 
Purpose
There has never been a more exciting time to be a Project Manager at Andersen.  This project manager will be an integral leader within the New Product Development team.  The purpose of this role is to Deliver new products and services that enable us to serve customers in new markets, and chart the course for advances in Future Innovations.
This role
  • Manages the development and implementation of the company’s products and services involving cross functional, multi-site and 3rd party vendor teams focused on the delivery of new products and features
  • Document and Communicate Innovation Roadmaps to align cross-functional groups on longer term development efforts
  • Manages a large multi-year product development program, while overseeing several sub projects
  • Assesses project risk and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and business case objectives
  • Provides regular status reports to senior business leaders, cross functional partners, and clients
 
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5+ years leading multi-year product development initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving
 
Your Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • MBA or technical Master’s degree
  • Past experience in managing Innovation Project Portfolios
  • Strong aptitude in process improvement, manufacturing, and equipment procurement
  • Strong understanding of relevant methodologies and tools (DMAIC, Stage Gate development, PMBOK, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of lean, manufacturing, business, and quality systems
  • Experience working with external Business/Project Partners.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily located in an open office environment with cubicles; however, there is an opportunity to work in a flexible/hybrid work environment depending on the preferences of the candidate.   [is there corporate language on this?]

Profit Sharing
During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
