These full time positions are responsible for working on the production floor in a variety of roles that assist and support the efforts to build and finish product to customer specifications and inspects product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful candidate is familiar with working in a manufacturing environment, is self-motivated, and works well with others. Some knowledge of millwork or door components is helpful.

• Pull appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of product
• Assist in the building and or finishing of products based on customer specifications
• Assist with clean up and basic maintenance of work area

• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Woodworking or hand tools experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
