What success looks like in this role:

Responsible for the Strategic Vendor relationship with ServiceNow which is integral to many key accounts and fundamental to a number of our tools and platforms.

• Able to support sales/ Pursuit to help ensure that we are Able to leverage our Strategic relationship to win deals.

• Ability to deal with operational issues in the implementation of contractual issue around the deployment of ServiceNow.

• Ability to set global technical standards to maintain the integrity of this platform within Unisys.

• Ability to lead a global team and support clients around the globe

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• ServiceNow Experience

• Experience leading global teams (135+ team members)

• ITIL Awareness and SM background

• Strong leadership and communication skills required

• Attention to details and strong organization skills

• Great client focus and customer service

• Adaptability and dealing with competing corporate priorities

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong ability to build relationship

• Experience of strategic Vendor Management (ServiceNow) and the ability to manage this relationship

• Strong negotiation skills

• Led ServiceNow teams - someone who has taken on this responsibility previously/currently with our competitors.
