Job Description

Account Executive

MedLearn Publishing is looking for a fast thinking, highly motivated Account Executive with a history of successes, ability to learn quickly and a drive to be the top of their sales class.

The Account Executive will create new sales as well as add-on sales to existing and prospective healthcare clients within the United States. The primary function of this position will be to promote all MedLearn Publishing - Media product line (publications, newsletters, webcasts and seminars) to existing as well as new customers via the phone.

Full time status required of 40/hours a week, Monday-Friday, during operation hours of 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm. Health benefits include: Medical/Dental; additional benefits upon hire.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new MedLearn Publishing products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Meet required sales activities including outbound calling, writing up orders and closing skills.
  • Must demonstrate a solid working knowledge and adherence to MedLearn sales process.
  • Must possess the attributes of the MedLearn Publishing telesales team: outstanding effort, work discipline and positive attitudes of a professional sales organization.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 year minimum successful sales experience, closing over the phone.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare not necessary.
  • Driven goal and sales results oriented.
  • Must apply strong listening skills, tact, and candor in all communication.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Fast learner with ability to multi-task, organizes set sales requirements, and work alone and in small team environment.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude is a must when speaking with clients over the phone.
  • Basic Microsoft office skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Experience with CRM
