Murray County Medical Center has an opening for a full-time salaried Chief Nursing Officer.
This position exists to provide direct administrative nursing supervision to provide delivery of quality patient care. Responsibilities include quality-focused and cost-effective care delivery outcomes, creative and flexible problem-solving, outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to empower others. He/She will communicate progressive ideas and possess the energy to enhance nursing services to thrive in an environment of change and complexity. This individual will value education and will support and provide developmental opportunities for staff and managers.
Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with three to five years of experience/ BSN preferred. Further education in business courses or toward an administrative track is beneficial. Salary based on experience.
