Escom Properties, Inc. is a privately held property management company based in Minnesota, that was founded and incorporated in 1988 by Ernie and Bev Swanson. From the first property they managed, a business was built through exceptional performance as a management company and has found growth over the past 22 years exclusively through referrals as well as an enviable reputation. The ownership has expanded and now includes other key personnel.

With their general headquarters located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, Escom also has offices in the Minneapolis suburbs of Plymouth and Richfield, and the Milwaukee suburb of Waukesha. We currently manage 2.1 million square feet of office, medical, industrial and retail properties.

With 24 hour on-call availability, our qualified engineers react to emergencies or other problems with a conscientious and unwavering sense of responsibility towards prompt service. Those emergency calls are answered by the technician that will handle the issue personally.
