Aware Asset Management, Inc. is a registered investment adviser and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aware Integrated, Inc. The Firm commenced operations in January 1st of 2018, through transitioning the investment division within the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota organization, which is also a subsidiary of Aware Integrated, Inc. to Aware Asset Management, Inc. The investment management teams have been in place since 2012. The reporting structure and decision-making process is the same as it was previously. Accordingly, we have ported the performance of the investment division into the track record of Aware Asset Management, Inc. Aware Asset Management, Inc. manages fixed income strategies and offers asset allocation advisory services for its clients.
