Title: Full-Stack Software Developer
Location: Columbus, OH or Remote
Salary $75,000 - $120,000
Requirements: Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL
We are a full-service marketing, technology & communications company dedicated to the lighting industry. We work with manufacturers on all aspects of visual communications including branding & brand management, creative strategy & design, product launches, video production & Prommercials, and more. Additionally, we have built a platform for lighting agencies to help them improve their image, business production, communications, and support.
As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will assist with all functions of software coding and design. Your primary focus will be to understand, optimize, maintain and expand upon current and existing web applications.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work with the Product Owner to develop/enhance systemic solutions for new and existing features
- Collaborating on projects from conception to launch
- Works to understand problems/bugs and develops simple, effective solutions
- Extract reports from database to determine system usage, provide subscribers with needed metrics, or assist the data team
- Ensures quality source control practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development
