Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts
- Write functional specifications
- Lead development of common standards and tools
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders
- Define and document requirements
- Lead development of common standards and tools
- Analyze and prioritize requirements
- Manage system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project
- Assists in operational rollout and support.
- 5+ years gathering business requirements from business users and subject matter experts
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
- A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Experience defining and documenting requirements
- Analyze and prioritize requirements
- Ability to take strategic direction from executive management
- Experience writing functional specifications
- Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Excellent communication skill
