What you?ll achieve

As an ITProduct Management Senior Advisor,you will be driving all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work withinternal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

You will:

• Define future state requirements and perform gap analysis to provide solution recommendations. Identify and document current state process, system, and data flows
• Partner with IT Development team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  Develop comprehensive process scenarios/test scripts, track progress, and drive issue resolution during various testing cycles
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a professional role
• Good understanding of IT Project Management practices and techniques
• Ability to find opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Application Reliability Management

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to provide direction and leadership to others
• Bachelor?s degree with 2 years in Data Engineering experience
• Knowledge of Federal specific controls and requirements (NIST, CMMC)

As a ServiceNow Developer you will apply your extensive knowledge of ServiceNow to configure custom tables, workflows and procedures for various internal groups for our client to deliver enterprise-wide business processes. The ideal candidate is a master of ServiceNow development working closely with the ServiceNow Administration team to implement all changes.

This candidate possesses the skills and essential knowledge necessary to design, build, and customize applications and services within ServiceNow. We are looking for a technically savvy resource that can deliver new functionality and innovative solutions and be a lead contributor in the entire development life cycle.

? Experience with implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

? Providing insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap

? Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow

? Experience with implementing ServiceNow integrations (Rest API design, web services, database integrations)

? Develop new enhancements and custom apps and deploy to ServiceNow Store. This will require expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions

? Transform business needs from the customer to tangible items within ServiceNow using platform modules or creating new scoped applications

? Work with the client and business stakeholders to create workflows, working demos, and prototypes prior to full deployment within the ServiceNow environment

? Experience operating in an agile software development and SDLC

? Working closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps

? Communicating with technical and non-technical customers by answering questions related to ServiceNow Platform

Requirements

? 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods

? Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow

? Ability to customize workflows, code Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform

? Solved complex business problems by engineering existing, and new algorithms

? Knowledge of REST and SOAP Web services protocols

? Demonstrated excellent communication skills with non-technical staff

? Ability to work independently with minimal direction

? ServiceNow Certification, Certified Application Developer

? Customer interaction skills are necessary to gather requirements, demo and test development work.

? Have a good understanding of ITIL Service Operation. Processes include, Incident, Change, Problem Management and Request Fulfillment.
