Tracking Code NCR097 Job Description The successful candidate will be part of PARs systems engineering and management team on a leading-edge technology development program. The candidate will lead the configuration management efforts of a wide ranging technical and engineering effort that is blazing new technical and policy frontiers. The successful candidate should be a senior level individual with extensive experience in the engineering process working closely with development and management personnel. Responsibilities and Duties: Support program senior engineering and technical personnel in the development of program documentation. Develop and/or review Configuration Audit plans and procedures against established Government standards and commercial best practices. Support the management and tracking of project milestones. Ensure hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures are followed on hardware and software development projects. Use, tailor, and develop tools to improve the administration of configuration-controlled items. Required Skills Expertise in working within the Waterfall, Spiral, Agile and DevOps Life Cycle Models along with familiarity in utilizing the SCRUM Framework Tools administration expertise with tools such as Atlassian Suite of tools that includes JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye/Crucible, Bamboo, BitBucket, ClearCase/ClearQuest, Razor, PVCS Tracker & Version Manager Familiarity and training in both the Perl and Python scripting languages, as well as Bourne, C Shell, Korn shells in UNIX and Linux command line environments A minimum of 15 years experience in configuration management in programs within the Intelligence Community.
