Summary The primary duty of the SAP PI/PO Developer is to devise or modify code to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operating time and desired results. Specific duties include the following: 1) Perform technical reviews of code developed by other development personnel; 2) Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs; 3) Assist with activity, status, and progress reports and with creation of comprehensive test plans, including individual program test plans and system test plans; 4) Execute primary duties in direct support of multiple support, enhancement and project initiatives; 5) Provide estimates for assigned development activities and assist with development and preparation of project plans and schedules for implementation of SAP PI/PO; 6) Develop and manage applications, technical specifications preparation, upgrade existing applications and/or integrate application with any new/existing applications and databases, and resolve application related-issues experienced by end-users; 7) SAP PI/PO configuration, development, implementation and support of IDOC, RFC, JDBC, XI Proxy, SOAP, HTTP/s, B2B add-on, REST adapters, CTS+ and ChaRM configuration and implementation for SAP PI/PO transports; 8) Configuration, implementation and support of SAP ABAP, XI Proxy, BRF+ framework, IDOC enhancements, NetWeaver BPM, BRM, data translation and transformation using XSLT, SAP graphical or Java mapping and SAP Java development; 9) SAP PI/PO interface with B2B add-on using EDI/ALE/IDOC; 10) Remain current with new capabilities in the SAP Development framework and make recommendations when appropriate for continuous improvement. Responsibilities The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, CIS, Information Technology or closely related degree. The qualified candidate must have at least five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a software development or related position using SAP PI/PO. The qualified candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following: a) executing primary duties in direct support of multiple support, enhancement and project initiatives, assisting with development and preparation of project plans and schedules for implementation of SAP PI/PO; b) developing and managing applications, technical specifications preparation, upgrading existing applications and/or integrate application with any new/existing applications and databases, and resolving application related-issues experienced by end-users; c) SAP PI/PO configuration, development, implementation and support of IDOC, RFC, JDBC, XI Proxy, SOAP, HTTP/s, B2B add-on, REST adapters, CTS+ and ChaRM configuration and implementation for SAP PI/PO transports; d) Configuration, implementation and support of SAP ABAP, XI Proxy, BRF+ framework, IDOC enhancements, NetWeaver BPM, BRM, data translation and transformation using XSLT, SAP graphical or Java mapping and SAP Java development; e) Using the following technologies: SAP ABAP, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP PI/PO, Workflows, ALE/IDOCs, RFC, ChaRM, Solution Manager, XSLT, JAVA, Databases Oracle, SQL, NetWeaver BPM, BRM, BRF+ and SOAP UI, IDOC, RFC, JDBC, XI Proxy, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, HTTP/s, B2B add-on and REST adapters.
