Provides technical support for operating systems. Uses diagnostic tools and/or detailed vendor specifications to troubleshoot complex systems software and/or hardware problems to maintain, restore or improve service, resolves complex issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements. Completes programming, testing and debugging tasks associated with utility programs, directory maintenance or operating system maintenance, modifications, upgrades or installations. Updates related documentation and procedures. Understands, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported area and assists in testing the business continuation plan. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of systems analysis experience, systems programming experience or combination of both * 2+ years of UNIX experience * 3+ years of z/OS experience * 1+ years of advanced scripting experience using Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, Python, Java, or PL-SQL Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering * 2+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology Other Desired Qualifications * SMP/E experience * REXX coding experience * Agile Methodology Experience Job Expectations * Ability to work outside of regular business hours Street Address MN-Minneapolis: 255 2nd Ave S - Minneapolis, MN Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
