Caretaker - Part Time St Paul

Job Description
The Boisclair Corporation is seeking a PT Caretaker or Caretaker Team (working 10 hours per week) that would take pride in the clean and well-maintained common spaces at an affordable 86 unit apartment/townhouse complex in St. Paul.
Hampden Square is a family living community that offers the perfect location to enjoy all the Twin Cities has to offer.
Primary Duties:
Clean common areas
Cleaning of units being turned at the end of the month
Trash removal and general property care
Snow shoveling/salting/sanding as needed
Delivering of Notices as needed
Being available for the emergency on-call phone rotation from 5:30pm - 7:30am and on rotating weekends, once every 4 weeks
Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use while on-call.
We are looking for self-motivated individual(s) that enjoy establishing a positive rental community.
Must live on-site.
